Items will not be shipped to non-residential addresses within the continental United States, or outside the continental United States.
Payment
Payment must be made through PayPal within 24 hours of winning an auction, an offer being accepted, or requesting to purchase an item. Only payment through PayPal will be accepted. You are responsible for any additional fees and/or taxes.
Shipping and Delivery
Items will be boxed, insured, and sent by USPS Priority or Retail Ground mail with signature confirmation. You must contact me within 24 hours of delivery to confirm the item was received or it will be presumed that the item was received and there were no lost, damaged, or missing contents.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Contents
If an item is lost, damaged, or missing contents you must contact me within 24 hours of delivery and send supporting documentation and photographs. The original USPS receipt will be provided to you. You the buyer agree to timely file the insurance claim with the USPS, save the original packaging, and save everything in the package until the claim is settled.
Returns and Refunds
I do not accept returns, nor do I provide refunds.
Mutual Non-Disparagement
Each party agrees that neither they nor any of their respective agents or representatives will in any way publicly disparage, call into disrepute, defame, slander or otherwise criticize the other party or any of their products or services, in any manner that would damage the business or reputation or otherwise degrade the other party's reputation of such other parties, their products or services in the business or the community or in the relevant industry.
Severability
If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable the rest of the terms and conditions remain enforceable.
