The pattern is:    cut and the envelope is torn
Description from pattern:  Clown costume.  The costume has raglan sleeves, back zipper and elastic casings at wrists and ankles forming self ruffles.Hat with braid and button trim has turned down points.
**CONDITION NOTES:
The instructions are present, but I have not confirmed the presence of all the pattern pieces.  The envelope shows wear from storage and age.
