Vintage Horse Drawn Case IH New Ideal Sickle Bar Mower J 31 Garden Yard Art Country Decor. The sickle bar is 4 foot. I got this at a farm sale in a barn where this had been stored for many many years. Everything seems to move as it should. The hinge on the tool box cover needs attention. I do not think the seat is the original. The beam may have been cut to be pulled by a tractor. This item could probably be put to work.
