This piece of Peter Leach pottery is a lovely blue handled bowl that would be perfect for displaying fruit, etc. Or just display it by itself.  Has that clean Mid Century Modern look.  It is 11 inches across and 6 inches deep.  The Peter Leach signature is on the bottom.  There is a crack on the upper edge which I think must have occurred during firing as the glaze has seeped into it.  Of course, there are a couple of the usual imperfections -drips in the glaze, pin size glaze bubble breaks- - as there are in any hand made piece.  But no chips.  Peter Leach was a well known Minnesota potter who was one of the founders of the Northern Clay Center.  High bidder to pay .00 for careful packing and shipping.  Thanks for viewing and bidding.  Please check out my other auctions for more interesting and unusual items.
