Vintage M&R France Floral Decor Plate. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.

This is a pretty plate with a couple of tiny chips in the paint, a chip on the back, and an area where the glaze has lost it's luster. On display these flaws aren'r really noticible.
