TOPFEREI POTTERY GERMANY 2-1/4" H x 2-3/4" W HANDMADE BROWN/CREAM EUC.
I only know this Topferei piece was made in Germany.   The tag could say Handarbeit, but my research hasn't found another similar piece.
It's a wonderful miniature in a reddish brown clay fired in a dark brown paint.  .  Only 2-1/4" high.  The delicate'necklace' design encircling the neck was done using an unusual technique.   Notice how the paints ran in different lengths.
Wonderful condition.  No chips, cracks or crazing.
