TIL305 by TI - Texas Instruments (Made in Korea) are 7 x 5 mm (0.3 x 0.2 inch) Digit Numeric Displays, showing alphanumeric characters (symbols).
Compatible with USASCII and EBCDIC codes.
Wavelength = 660 nm
13-pin package, suitable for mounting directly on a PCB or in ordinary DIP-14 sockets.
Condition: NEW / New old stock.
Manufactured in 1980s in Korea.

SHIPMENT
All item(s) will be shipped by registered priority airmail, unless other agreement is set with the buyer.
DHL, FedEx or UPS shipment may be arranged too. In this case I would prefer if you have a customer number in the particular courier service.
Typical delivery times for registered airmail are:
EUROPE
(All countries): 8...14 days
USA and Canada
: for most items 14-21 days, but it can take 40-55 days as well. Please be more patient in this case!
ALL OTHER
destinations (North and South America, Asia, Africa, etc.): 14...25 days
EXCEPTIONS:
1. AUSTRALIAN customers: usually shipment to Australia is pretty fast, i.e. 8...14 days, but in some rare occasions for unknown reasons it may take more than 25 days.
