    Description

    A small studio pottery dish or tray by Richard Burkett from his Third Pottery in San Diego. Burkett is a professor of ceramics at SDSU and member of the Allied Craftsmen of San Diego. This tray with zig-zag edges features a celadon (green-gray) glaze with gold and yellow dots. Signed "Burkett" and marked with the Third Pottery stamp.
    Dimension: ~9.5" x 4.5"
    Condition is very good pre-owned with little wear and no chips or cracks. There are a couple of discolored spots on the bottom which may be firing marks and perhaps a tiny bit of discoloration of a few crazing lines tucked into one corner.
