To measure your waist for the correct size belt, please do the following:
The tape should
go around your waist, over your navel
.  Measure your waist but not like you measure the waist for a pair of pants.
For measurement accuracy,
mesasure your waist over your clothes...
your workout clothes preferrably
.
The belt will go over the clothes so this will give you an accurate reading.
Do not suck your gut in.
Breathe normally when you are measuring.
Pull the tape measure snug, but avoid holding the measuring tape too tightly.
We Accept Returns and Refunds within 30 days after buyer receives the product.  Free shipping applies to buyers that live within continental U.S.  We ship standard shipping through FedEx, USPS or UPS (WE CHOOSE WHICH SERVICE)
We will not accept return of the product in the following conditions:  Damaged, unsealed, paperwork, instructional booklet or tags missing or not in the same condition when shipped to customer. We also cannot accept returns if actual product is damaged.  We also will not accept returns if the item or item packaging has been modified in any way. We must receive the product back in the same condition when it was shipped from our warehouse.  We will refund your money once we receive the item back after thorough inspection is made.  Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from when buyer received product.  All Returns must be communicated to us via email within 5 days of receipt of product.  Buyer pays return shipping.
