This newly redesigned Jump Ring Maker allows you to make jump rings on demand and save money in the process. The kit includes 20 Jump Ring Mandrels, Coil Winder, Coil Holder with cover, 1.25" Blade, blade arbor and hand-piece holder, cutting blade lubricant for cutting the coil into jump-rings, and an optional remote mounting to fix the coil winder to your bench or counter top. Great for larger production custom sized jump-ring making. From the coiling of the wire to the cutting of the coils into jump-rings, Pepe Tools Jump Ring Maker helps you create consistent jump ring sizes quickly.
When cutting the jump-rings, make sure not over-tighten the coil holder over your coil and  use your flex-shaft at about half speed, using a generous amount of lubricant where the cut on the jump-rings is going to be made. Also make sure the lubricated side is up where the cut will be on the coil holder.
