    Description
    These wonderful posts were salvaged from a Philadelphia Victorian.
    They are made of cast iron and are hollow but still weigh around 100 pounds each.
    The tops have wonderful finials and the shafts are octagonal and tapered.
    There are some bits or hardware attached.
    They have black paint and surface rust overall.
    Your bid buys both posts.
    Measurements are 63 and 58.5 tall by 5 across at the bottom.
    Overall they are in good condition for spending 125 years outside. There are misc. scratches, chips and dings as they are antique.
    One is shorter because part of the base broke off during removal. Please look at the pictures carefully.

    About Us
    My salvage business was born of necessity in 1993 when I started restoring an old Victorian home that had seen better days. I needed doors, staircase parts, fireplace mantles and more, so I contacted the owners of a few local buildings that were scheduled for demolition. I found and purchased all of the things that I needed for my project and lots of extra treasures which I eventually resold. 17 years later this is still my full time job!
