This painting was found in an Elvis  Presley collectors possessions.  It's in the original frame that it was found in.
The artist is Loraine Nelson the date she completed the painting was 1990.  On the bottom it says "To Col Tom Loraine Nelson 92."
I am not authenticating the artist or that it was commissioned or given to Colonel Tom Parker Elvis Presley's Manager. Please note this fact if you purchase it.
The painting is in Excellent condition.
The actual painting approximate measurements are 22"x18.50"
The frame approximate measurements are 31.50"x 25.50"
Please note it is difficult to get photos with no glare but the painting itself has no flaws or marks.
