Contraband Black Label 4010 4 Inch Nylon Weight Lifting Belt with hook and loop is designed for a variety of uses including bodybuilding, powerlifting, strongman, cross-training, and other fitness workouts. You should have no problem using it with machines, squats, bench press, deadlift, Olympic lifting, and more. This belt is easy to loosen and tighten and uses super-strong 15lbs for every square inch of hook and loop material to lock the belt securely. Multiple sizes are available for a wide variety of body sizes. Belt sizing is based on men, but women can use this belt equally.
Materials
Nylon mesh makes the main section of the belt. A nylon webbed material creates the strap and a heavy-duty hook & loop is also used to secure the belt when in use and prevent it from opening.
