Afrikaans Vase. A beautiful Art Déco vase c. 1925 with Catteau's classic design reflecting the Dutch Afrikaans perspective. The background of ivory craquelé and the foreground with a copper design is classic. Incised 832 c and Grès Keramis with the Boch Frères black stamp La Louvière.
Vase is 8" H x 5¼" W. It is a beautiful piece. Even though we are excellent packers we'd prefer sending this through FedEx as to insure the value of this irreplaceable piece.  The thought of an "occurence" sends shudders through me.
