This is a brand New reproduction tri-shield side view mirror for
1963 - 1967 Buick Riviera
models. This will also fit
1961 & 1962 Buick LeSabre, Invicta, Wildcat, and Electra
models. This will also fit
1961 - 1963 Buick Skylark and Special
models. This is a complete mirror with mounting hardware and the correct mounting gasket for the above mentioned cars.
This mirror will fit the driver and passenger side of the car. Please read the following for use of this mirror on the passenger side:
"Buick/GM did not make mirrors for the driver (of the vehicle) to use on the passenger side until 1968. Prior to this mirrors were considered accessories. Therefore, the passenger side mirror was only on the car for the passenger (of the vehicle) to use. This may sounds strange but this was the intention from the factory. In conclusion the passenger side mirror's purpose from the factory was never to be used as an aid for the driver (of the vehicle)."
