Bellhop Teddy Bear by Barbara McConnell McB Bears Antique Collection #22/50 1989

Description

All bears listed are from a bear collector and have all been keep in a smoke-free/pet-free home.  They have never been played with; only displayed.  If there is a flaw on the bear it will be described in details.  All tags have been removed from the bears.  I will describe the tag in detail as some have been taped to paper or glued on cardstock/printer paper.

Original Paper Tag:  Provided and is in fair condition.  The front side of the tag has the companies name "McB Bears" Limited Edition Collectibles and "had" a Bible scripture which has been removed by tape.  There are also torn areas on the back of the tag.
The inside side of the tag reads as follows and is typed and hand-written:

Condition of Bear:  "Bellhop" is in excellent pre-owned condition-I do not any stains or markings on him and he does not smell old.  He is fully jointed and has dyed mohair to resemble a bellhops uniform.  He features a "red" mohair shirt that is adorned with gold accents and a matching removable red mohair hat.  His "pants" are black dyed mohair and features a gold strip down the side of each "pant" leg.   The strip appears to be either a gold elastic or some other type of embellishment.  His face and paws are brown mohair and he has black glass eyes.  Approximately 13" in height (bottom of paw to top of hat) and features the signature heart-shape button in his right ear.
