Description
This listing is for a set of four Bank of Canada notes of different years and circulation wear. Please see below for details on each example.- This 1967 One Dollar Canadian note is in uncirculated condition. The color is vibrant and the note is free of defects. The back features a celebration of the centennial of Canadian confederation.
2 examples of - Both of these notes are from series 1991 and present in circulated condition. They are quite crisp and show nice vibrancy, but they both show prominent center fold lines and other folds and dents consistent with circulation.
- This note is softer than the examples and shows more circulation wear. This 2001 piece still shows the original beautiful color and art on the front and back. This piece has copious folds, and the center fold has softened to the point of revealing a small hole in the center of the note. This defect is not noticeable unless the note is held up to the light.
This set was photographed under artificial lights set to mimic natural sunlight.
