    Description

    Offered in this listing is a popular 1897 Dominion of Canada note.  This is the Boville signature, dark brown back variety, listed as Charlton DC-14c.  The note features a portrait of  six men in a fishing dory with Edward, Prince of Wales, at left.
    The note is graded Very Fine 30 (VF/EF equivalent as VF's start at over 20 and EF's at over 40 according to the numeric grading scale used by 3rd party grading firms).  The note is Original and has no holes or tears and no graffiti. Charlton  price guide in split VF/EF grade note has a value of  00 Canadian.   A scarce note in such condition.
